AJCD Immobilier was born from the meeting of two professions — development and architecture — and two generations of the same family. Alain Delaporte, a developer for 45 years, has structured operations across the Mediterranean arc. Jean-Charles Delaporte, HMONP architect, inherited the eye and analytical discipline. From this dual lineage came a simple conviction: a legacy property is not handled like a commercial transaction. It is read, projected and defended.
